Z is for Ziggurat

As a graphic design major it was important to me to take my craft to other classes and bridge the gaps between materials. I constructed this piece out of 18 gauge copper as a reliquary to metal type and handcrafting. It is also hammered on each side piece to say a relevant quote about either typography or text, and it can be inked to use as a giant stamp.
